Terms & Conditions:
**Booking Terms and Conditions for Christmas Party Nights Reservations**
1. **Reservation Confirmation:**
– All Christmas party reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit as specified in the booking agreement.
2. **Deposit and Payment:**
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due before the end of October 2024. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
3. **Cancellation Policy:**
– Cancellations made 12 weeks or more before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 12 weeks of the event date will incur a charge equal to the full event cost.
4. **Guest Numbers:**
– All bookings to have a minimum of 8 guests. The final number of guests attending must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date. After this point, any increase in guest numbers will be subject to availability.
5. **Menu and Dietary Requirements:**
– Final menu choices and any dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks prior to the event date. Any changes made after this point may be subject to additional charges.
6. **Entertainment and Special Requests:**
– Any specific entertainment or special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. **Force Majeure:**
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, or other incidents beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, we will make every effort to find an alternative date or provide a refund.
10. **Compliance with Venue Policies:**
– Clients and guests are expected to comply with all venue policies and regulations. Failure to do so may result in eviction from the premises without a refund.
11. ** All Guests to be over the age of 18
12. ** We do not accept any responsibility to damage or loss to personal items or belongings.
13. ** The client is responsible for its guests and will ensure appropriate behaviour to other guests and team members.
By making a reservation for our Christmas party, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any deviations or amendments must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
